Rear Admiral David Mercer, U.S. Navy (Retired)

David Mercer is a consultant and advisor to Jones Group International, where he previously served as a Vice President. Mr. Mercer brings more than four decades of experience, beginning with his 37-year career in the U.S. Navy, Focusing primarily on the United States, Europe, and Africa, he provides consulting services aimed at gaining competitive advantage in the global marketplace for clients in defense, aerospace/aviation, new technology, and leadership.

Mr. Mercer is also President and CEO of Mercer Consulting AB, which is based in Sweden. He served as a U.S. Navy Strike/Fighter Pilot and commanded U.S. and NATO forces at all levels, including Flag Rank.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy.
