Natalya serves as Vice President at Jones Group Europe, bringing over 23 years of experience to her role in spearheading market expansion and driving innovative business strategies to accelerate the company’s growth in Europe. Known as a principled problem solver, she combines a strong ethical foundation with creative and strategic thinking to deliver results for her company and clients.
Prior to joining Jones Group Europe, Natalya was Regional Executive for Northrop Grumman, overseeing operations in Europe and the Middle East. There, she played a pivotal role in growing multibillion-dollar annual operating plans and securing high-value partnerships and business agreements with government agencies, defense contractors, and international partners.
Before that, as Director of Security Assistance at the U.S. Embassy in the UAE, Natalya managed one of the largest Foreign Military Sales portfolios globally, valued at $39 billion. She provided strategic guidance to senior U.S. and UAE officials on defense acquisition and interoperability.
Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Security Assistance Liaison to U.S. European Command, where she managed U.S. Security Assistance programs, with a focus on Ukraine. Additionally, she directed the $35 billion Foreign Military Sales program for the Saudi Arabian National Guard, the U.S. Army’s largest such program.
A U.S. Army veteran, Natalya was honored as the Pentagon Military Service Employee of the Year and served in the distinguished “Old Guard” unit in Washington, D.C. She holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and International Relations and is fluent in Russian.
Natalya resides with her family in Frankfurt, Germany.
