Will Berris serves as Program Director at Jones Group International, bringing more than 20 years of military leadership and international advisory experience. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel and Joint Qualified Officer, Will specializes in defense transformation, joint operations, strategic planning, training, and command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I).
At Jones Group, Will currently serves as the PM for an initiative that establishes an Acquisition Academy to support the MoD acquisition workforce, working closely with senior military leadership to advance organizational development and operational capabilities. Previously, he served as a senior military advisor to Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense Joint Forces Command and as the PM for the restructuring and modernization of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. He held key leadership positions in the U.S. Marine Corps, including Chief of Staff for Naval Task Force 51/5 and Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group.
Will holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, master's degrees in Military Strategic Studies, Military Science, and Education, and a bachelor's degree in Education. His extensive operational and international experience supports Jones Group's defense modernization and strategic advisory engagements.
