Before joining Jones Group, Noha held consulting and project management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton in Riyadh, where she supported high-profile defense programs. She worked closely with senior military officials to coordinate project deliverables, monitor performance, manage program schedules, and support strategic decision-making. Her experience also includes organizational transformation research, business development, and training program development for military clients.
Noha holds a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. A native Arabic speaker proficient in Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects, she brings valuable cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and regional expertise to Jones Group's international engagements.
