Rear Admiral John J. Prendergast (Ret.) serves as Program Manager at Jones Group International, bringing more than 45 years of executive leadership experience across the military, government, and private sectors. He specializes in defense modernization, strategic planning, logistics, acquisition, and organizational transformation, with extensive experience supporting defense organizations throughout the Middle East, Indo-Pacific, and Europe.
At Jones Group International, Admiral Prendergast advises senior leadership within the Royal Saudi Armed Forces on governance, operations, resource management, and modernization initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. He also supports business development and strategic initiatives focused on strengthening defense capabilities and operational effectiveness.
Previously, Admiral Prendergast served as Chief Operating Officer of Jaheziya LLC in the UAE, President and CEO of VT Halter Marine, and Director of F-35 Sustainment Strategy and Operations at Lockheed Martin. His distinguished U.S. Navy career culminated in the rank of Rear Admiral, including senior leadership positions with the Joint Staff and U.S. Pacific Fleet.
Admiral Prendergast holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He also completed the Advanced Executive Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
