John Doyle serves as IT Systems Director at Jones Group International (JGI), where he oversees enterprise IT operations, technology infrastructure, cybersecurity policies, and systems modernization initiatives. With more than 30 years of experience in technology and program leadership, he brings a broad background in enterprise systems development, IT governance, and the implementation of technology solutions supporting defense, government, and commercial organizations. He also serves as JGI's Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), supporting the company's commitment to information security and the protection of sensitive information.
Prior to joining JGI full-time, John was a Founding Partner at Dynology Corporation, where he held senior leadership roles spanning technology strategy, IT operations, digital learning, and program management. Internally, he helped guide the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital capabilities. In support of external clients, he led and contributed to major initiatives involving digital transformation, knowledge management, training and workforce development, and specialized solutions for defense and federal government organizations.
Prior to founding Dynology, John worked as a management consultant and systems analyst at KPMG Consulting, where he supported technology and business process improvement initiatives. During his tenure, he initiated the development of a cross-practice Technology Solutions Group and subsequently helped establish and manage the team, working with senior leadership to deliver technology solutions across the firm's federal consulting practices.
John has directed major technology modernization, systems development, and training initiatives for the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. His experience includes the development and deployment of enterprise knowledge management systems, large-scale defense workforce certification and training programs, and cybersecurity workforce development initiatives. Throughout these engagements, his focus has been on leveraging technology to strengthen organizational capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support mission readiness.
A proud graduate of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets with a degree in Business Management, John maintains strong ties to the university and has supported various professional and athletic initiatives.
