Alexandra Codispoti serves as Vice President, Finance at Jones Group International (JGI). She brings more than 20 years of experience across private equity-backed, privately held, and publicly traded companies in both the commercial and government sectors. Alexandra's expertise includes corporate finance, government contracting, financial planning and analysis, pricing, regulatory compliance, strategic growth, operational integration, business operations, and executive leadership.
Prior to joining JGI, Alexandra served as Chief Financial Officer of Robbins-Gioia, LLC, where she provided executive leadership across finance, accounting, contracts, operations, and information technology (IT). Her earlier roles at Metrea Aerospace and SAIC provided a strong foundation in supporting complex government programs, commercial operations, and enterprise transformation.
Alexandra earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in accounting from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa, with a major in accounting and a minor in finance. She is recognized as a strong, strategic leader who combines sound financial judgment and operational insight to guide organizations through growth, transformation, and complex business challenges.
